CONTEXT

iQiyi (Nasdaq: iQ) is a data-driven online streaming platform that focus on providing asian entertainment to all over the world. In North America, iQiyi offers service in various platforms, including Mobile APP (iOS & Android), Tablets APP, Responsive Website and TV (Roku TV & Amazon Fire TV). To maintain the company’s identity while emerging designs that satisfies local users across all platforms in consistency is the key task and challenge.

The following case studies aim to solve different problems in different platforms by creating a right balance between the business objectives and user insights. They all help me to develop my design thinking under real life constraints.
